Osteoporosis is a systemic bone disease characterized by decreased bone mass, increased brittle bones, and fractures. It is a degenerative bone disease in which bone strength decreases and the risk of fracture increases. The early stage often has no specific expression, until the later stage appears fracture is noticed by people. Common clinical manifestations include low back pain, shortened height or humpback deformity, leg cramps or weakness of the lower extremities. Osteoporosis tends to occur in postmenopausal women and older men over the age of 60. People with the following factors should be on the alert for osteoporosis: a history of maternal fracture, early menopause, low body weight, low sex hormone levels, excessive smoking, alcohol consumption, excessive consumption of coffee, strong tea and carbonated drinks, lack of physical activity, long-term low calcium diet and lack of sun exposure. Chronic liver and kidney disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, and taking glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, antiepileptic drugs, anticoagulants or diuretics. A person who has undergone gastrectomy or organ transplantation.

He has published many papers in "Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine", "Journal of Orthopedics", "Journal of Contemporary Medicine", "Chinese Journal of Osteoporosis and Mineral Salt Diseases", and "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbago And Leg Pain combined Chinese and Western medicine". He has given many popular science lectures on radio and television. Carry out scientific education activities for special diseases in the hospital and the community. Won the second prize in the first "Qinling Cup" Osteoporosis Case Speech Competition in 214, and the second prize in the National Osteoporosis Debate Competition in 2015. I have done a lot of work for the bone mineral density of the population in Xi 'an community in 2014-2015. Currently, the research project is "The impact of shockwave therapy on hip range of motion in senile osteoporosis patients".
